What is Bimatoprost?
Bimatoprost Ophthalmic Solution is the generic form of Latisse, and is the only clinically proven product that will increase the length, number, and darkness of the eyelashes when applied to the eyelash base.
How does Bimaprost work?
The active ingredient in this product is the same as the active ingredient in Latisse: Bimatoprost. This ingredient affects hair growth in two ways. First, it increases the length of the growth cycle (anagen phase). Secondly, it increases the amount of hairs in the growth phase. This is clinically proven to produce longer, thicker and fuller lashes with the beginning of results seen in as little as 4 weeks.
How long will a bottle of Bimatoprost last?
With typical nightly use, a bottle should last you about 4 weeks.
What if I forget to apply Bimatoprost?
Apply it the next evening that you remember. Do not double up on the dose, or apply more frequently to make up the missed dose.
Can I apply this product more than once per day?
You should not apply this product more than once per day. Typically, this application should be in the evening on clean, dry skin. Applying more often will not expedite hair growth.
Who should not use Bimatoprost?
If you have recently had an eye infection, eye surgery, are using a medication for elevated intraocular pressure or have abnormal intraocular pressure you should consult your physician before using this product.
Can I apply this product to my lower lashline?
No, this product should only be applied to your upper eyelid, as close as you can to you lashline. Do not apply to lower lashline.
Can I use this product if I wear contacts?
Yes. Remove contacts before applying this product. Contacts may be inserted after 15 minutes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping is a flat rate of $7 for USPS First Class mail international shipping. This method does not include tracking information, but a customs receipt number will be provided to you for proof of mailing. It usually takes between 14-21 business days to receive your order. This has nothing to do with the speed I ship your package out, and everything to do with customs processing in your destination country. Because of this, shipping times CAN and WILL vary widely.
How long does it take you to ship?
Processing and packaging your order usually happens the same day the order is received to insure timely service and fast delivery. Your order will ship the following business day it is received.
How quickly will I receive my order?
After shipping, you should receive your order within 7 business days.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Every order includes a tracking number. You will receive an e-mail with the details when your order has been fulfilled. (Except for voucher orders purchased through a third party website)
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We use USPS and ship via First Class mail which is generally just as speedy as priority mail for low weight items.
What payment methods do you accept?
