Directions:

Boil one tea bag in one 6 oz cup and reuse bag for a second cup in same session. Remeber two cups of tea using the same tea bag per session.



Day 1-7:
Start out with drinking your two cups of tea at night.

Day 8-23:
Drink two cups of tea in the morning and two cups of tea at night.

Day 24-30: Drink Morning, Lunch and before bed, 6 cups of tea per day only 3 tea bags.

Water
The quality of tea is affected by the quality of water used to prepare it. Using filtered or bottled water is best. If possible, avoid brewing tea with tap, distilled or mineral water. Never over-boil water, as it results in flat-tasting tea.
